ECT Launches an Online Personality Development Course

ECT for the fresh graduates to boost their morale and train them for corporate
readiness.
Delhi, May 10, 2020. Today, ECT launches an online Personality Development course. This launch is the need of the hour, as the pandemic has impacted everyone in many ways.
23 million students are pursuing undergraduate courses in different Indian universities according to the All India Survey on Higher Education 2018-19. As companies have pressed the pause button for recruitment to handle their financial crunch due to the pandemic, it has impacted the placements for the graduating batch of 2020. Though placements happened in some colleges, many of the students haven’t heard from the companies yet. Some of them have taken admission for Post-graduation courses, others are still struggling, trying their hand at the job market.
